【Abstract】 The danger of civil explosive materials and the related legal guidelines were introduced in this paper. It also briefly described new transportation administration statute on civil explosive hazardous materials and relevant measurements taken by some U.S. departments after "September Eleven". And meanwhile,some suggestions about how to strengthen administration of such materials in our country were proposed.更多还原
