【Abstract】 The globins belong to a family of heme-containing respiratory proteins that can reversibly bind oxygen.Four vertebrate globins have been identified and named as haemoglobin(Hb),myoglobin(Mb),neuroglobin(Ngb) and cytoglobin(Cygb),which compose globin superfamily.The distribution,structure and function of the globins and their application in forensic medicine are reviewed in this article.更多还原
