X70管线钢在内蒙古五地区土壤腐蚀的研究

【摘要】 通过X70管线钢在内蒙古五地区(5个试验站)土壤埋片试验,采用现场埋片的方法,对X70管线钢在土壤中腐蚀进行研究.测定了X70管线钢在各试验站的一年腐蚀率.观察了腐蚀产物的宏观和微观的形貌,并通过EDS和XRD对腐蚀产物进行分析.结果表明:在各地区的腐蚀率相差很大,其中巴盟地区腐蚀率最大为8.2924 g/dm2.d.腐蚀产物主要是Fe3O4.

【Abstract】 The soil corrosion of X70 pipeline steel in five areas in Inner Mongolia was studied by burying specimen firstly.And then the corrosion rate of X70 pipeline steel has been measured.The macrographic and microscopic appearance of the corroded samples were observed.The analysis of the corrosion products were carried out by using EDS and XRD.The results show that the difference of corrosion rate is large in the soils of the five areas.The maximum corrosion rate 8.2924 g/dm2·d is observed for the steel in the soil of BaMeng.The corrosion products are mainly Fe3O4.
