高温固相反应合成榍石的工艺研究

【摘要】 以CaCO3、TiO2、SiO2或H2SiO3为原料,通过高温固相反应,合成了A(H2SiO3、CaCO3、TiO2,摩尔数比为1∶1∶1)、B(SiO2、CaCO3、TiO2,摩尔数比为1∶1∶1)两种配方的榍石(CaTiSiO5)。借助热重-差热(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微(SEM)等分析手段,对两种配方进行了比较,并探讨了煅烧温度、保温时间对榍石合成的影响。结果表明:两种配方均能够合成高纯度的榍石;与SiO2相比,H2SiO3是引入硅的较佳原料,A配方优于B配方;合成榍石的最低温度、最佳温度与硅原料的选择有关,两种配方合成榍石的最佳温度分别是1270℃和1320℃,最佳保温时间均为30min。

【Abstract】 The solid-state reaction synthesis of sphene were studied by using CaCO3, TiO2,SiO2 or H2SiO3 as raw materials and through appreciated formula design, and by means of TG-DSC analysis, XRD and SEM analysis as well. The results indicate that the sphene of high purity could be prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction with the formula in which SiO2 or H2SiO3 /CaCO3/TiO2 ratio was 1∶1∶1. The lowest and most appropriate temperatures of synthesizing CaTiSiO5 were corresponding with the formula, in which silicic acid is the perfect source of Si4+ by contrast with SiO2. The best synthesis temperature of it is 1 270 ℃ or 1 320 ℃, and the best holding time is 30 minutes by using SiO2 and H2SiO3 as raw materials.
