【Abstract】 Although no change is made to the evidence system in the new Jury Law, which will be effective as of May 21, 2009, the adoption of the Saiban-in System (Japanese new jury system) will definitely leave indirect impact on the evidence law of Japan. This paper, from the perspectives of rules of confession and hearsay evi-dence, elaborates on the possible change made to the application of evidence law in Japan by the new system, and presents a future outlook.更多还原
