矿物掺合料对建筑石膏的改性及机理研究
Study on Modification and Mechanism of Mineral Admixture on Building Gypsum
【摘要】 研究了粉煤灰、矿粉-粉煤灰、水泥-粉煤灰三种体系矿物掺合料对建筑石膏的强度、凝结时间、流动度等工作性能的影响,同时通过XRD、扫描电镜(SEM)两种测试手段对水化产物进行微观机理分析,得出了由于矿物掺合料的活性及形貌的不同,从而对建筑石膏的物理性能和工作性能产生了不同影响。粉煤灰的加入具有一定的缓凝作用,且随着掺量的增加,凝结时间有所延长;一定量矿粉的加入也具有缓凝作用,而水泥的加入则对建筑石膏具有促凝作用。28d龄期时,建筑石膏的活化激发作用不大,粉煤灰与矿粉主要起填充作用,粉煤灰与矿粉的加入会降低建筑石膏胶凝材料的强度,水泥的加入则可以提高体系的强度;水泥、矿粉的加入可提高石膏胶凝材料的流动度,而粉煤灰则降低胶凝材料的流动度。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the infiuences of adding fly ash,compositely adding fly ash and blast furnace slag,compositely adding fly ash and cement on the strength,setting time and fluidity of building gypsum were studied. By using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electric microscope(SEM),the microstructures of hydration production were analysed. The result indicate that along with different shapes and activities of mineral admixtures,it make different effect on the physical character and working character of building gypsum. Adding fly ash,it can prolong the setting time,along with the amount of fly ash enhancing,the setting time of building gypsum will increase;some amount of blast furnace slag added will also increase the setting time,but the cement will accelerate the setting time. For 28th’s strength,the stimulating function of building gypsum for fly ash and slag is not so good,fly ash and slag will heavily decrease the strength,the main function of fly ash and slag is jam-up,and adding cement will enhance the strength. For the fiuidity,cement and blast furnace slag can enlarge it,but fly ash will decrease it.
