【摘要】 报道了2006年12月12日、17日和2007年1月15日分三批次从山东引进1.1kg漠斑牙鲆受精卵进行人工育苗研究的结果。获受精卵110万粒,孵出仔鱼70万尾,孵化率64%。在育苗水温为18.1~23℃,盐度为32~34,光照50~2000 lx,经100天左右培育,育出全长3.8~5.4cm鱼苗17万尾,成活率24.3%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reported the results of the study on artificial breeding of Paralichthys lethostigma on December 12,17,2006,and January 15,2007,three batches(1.1kg)introduced from Shandong.Fertilized eggs were 1.1 million,700 thousand larval fishes were incubated,the incubation rate was 64%.On the breeding temperature of 18.1 to 23℃,the salinity of 33 to 34,the illumination of 50 to 2000lx,produced the length of 3.8 to 5.4cm fish fry 170 thousand and the survival rate was 24.3% after about 100 days.更多还原
