基于剪切原理的光缆油膏分散混合机理研究
Research On The Dispersing And Mixing Mechanism Of Fiber Filling Gel Based On High-shearing
【摘要】 光纤光缆填充膏是一种冷填充型光纤光缆用的成缆材料,是由气相二氧化硅通过搅拌设备分散在高粘度基础油体系中形成的膏状物质.本文通过分析气相二氧化胶凝剂在基础油中的分散过程,提出了油膏形成的网状结构假说,并在分析了均质机内物料流动状态的基础上,提出了高剪切均质机在油膏物料分散时工艺参数的理论公式.
【Abstract】 Fiber filling gel is one of the key constructive components in a fiber optic cable, it’s some kind of cream-like material which is mixed by silicon dioxide and high viscosity base oil.This article researches the mixing and dispersing theory of this high viscosity material based on the high-shearing technology.This article analyses the net-frame hypothesis and the mechanism of the gel’s rheopexy based on the processing that the particles of silicon dioxide dispersed into the base oil.
