【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜应用于粘连性肠梗阻手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院2005年7月～2007年4月间收治的临床确诊的粘连性肠梗阻12例的临床资料。结果腹腔镜下行肠粘连松解、肠切除、肠吻合3例,行单纯肠粘连松解8例,中转开腹1例。所有病例术后均未发生相关严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论只要严格掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜应用于粘连性肠梗阻手术是一种安全、经济、有效的手术方法,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance and feasibility of clinical application of laparoscopic treatment in adhesive small bowel obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction from July 2005 to April 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twelve patients were all subjected to laparoscopic treatment.All the cases were cured and no severe postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion It is a safe,economic and effective approach to perform laparoscopic treatment in adhesive small bowel obstruction.更多还原
