【摘要】 目的观察鼠疫噬菌体试纸替代常规噬菌体试验方法的效果。方法采用不同性质及规格的鼠疫噬菌体试纸与常规噬菌体试验方法进行比较。结果鼠疫噬菌体试纸与常规噬菌体试验方法一样,可以裂解鼠疫菌。结论本试验所用不同规格鼠疫噬菌体试纸,对不同浓度鼠疫菌的噬菌效果无差别,表明此方法可用于鼠疫诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the methods of Y.pestis bacteriophage test paper replace Y.pestis bacteriophage test as general method.Methods We compared different character and spec the bacteriophage test paper of Y.pestis with general method.Results the methods of Y.pestis bacteriophage test paper exist phagocytosis.Conclusions The different spec the bacteriophage test paper of Y.pestis detect Y.pestis of different concentration,the phagocytosis is same.the results showed that the method can be one of Y.pestis diagnoses methods.更多还原
