【摘要】 记述从广西产猕猴小肠内检获的一种小型吸虫,经形态学研究与文献上所记载的同科近似属种比较,该吸虫具有高度发达的排泄囊,虫体细小,体被细棘,生殖孔开口于体前1/3左侧边缘,肠管细长延伸达睾丸后缘附近等特征确定为1新属新种。根据该吸虫巨大的排泄囊特征,定名为中华巨囊吸虫Megacystium sinensis gen.et sp.nov.。文中描述了新种形态结构及新属特征,并讨论了与同科近似属种的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports a new genera and new species of Lecithodendriidae.The species was collected from a monkey(Macaca mulatta)in Guangxi,China.The worm name Megacystium sinensis gen.et sp.nov is according to morphology characters.The specimens are deposited in the Parasitology Research Laboratory,College of Animal Science and Technology,Guangxi University.Description.Body small,thickening,pyriform or spherical,longish-round;heavily spined;length 1.13-1.57(1.56)mm,wideat part is posterior third of body 0.78-1.17(1.00)mm.Oral sucker anterior end subventrally,0.18-0.23mm×0.17-0.20(0.19×0.198)mm;acetabulum projecting surface of body,in middle third of body,larger than oral sucker 0.20-0.25mm×0.20-0.25(0.20×0.216)mm;prepharynx and esophagus are short,pharynx ball-shaped,0.07-0.11mm×0.09-0.13(0.09×0.10)mm;intestinal ceca longer,surpassing postacebulum testes.Testes oval to round,symmetri-cal,1ying on equatorial zone,right testis 0.21-0.34mm×0.24-0.35(0.25-0.29)mm.left testis 0.20-0.30mm×0.23-0.33(0.05×0.29)mm cirrus poach large,oval,0.31-0.48mm×0.17-0.24(0.39×0.211)mm on anterior dorsal acetabulum.It contains seminal vesicle,prostains complex and ejaculatory duct.Genital pore on sinistral margin of body at level of ceca bifurcation.Ovary irregularly lobed,in anterior to right testis,0.11-0.21mm×0.17-0.26(0.15×0.26)mm.Uterus coils occupying most of hindbody,between acetabulum and excretory vesicle.Vitellaria in forebody.unequally on both sides,on the right side it extends from level of pharynx to testis,on the left side lying posteriorly genital pore to testis.Excretory vesicle saccular,very large.irreguIar inshape,0.28-0.52mm×0.12-0.33(0.38×0.21)mm.Excretory pore terminal or subterminaI.Egg small,oval,0.029-0.039mm×0.014-0.019(0.031×0.015)mm.Intestinal parasites of monkey(Macaca mulatta).更多还原
