【摘要】 本文提出了一种以遗传算法作为全局搜索算法、以性能方程作为评估器的CMOS混频器电路自动优化方法,优化过程中采用了一种新的约束条件处理机制,即:搜索空间限定法与罚函数法并用的处理方法。本文提出的优化方法可以快速得到电路优化结果,优化后的混频器电路已经过0.25μm CMOS工艺流片验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents an equation-based design method of CMOS mixers optimization using genetic algorithms.A new constrains processor with searching space limiter and penalty function is used in the optimization process.The optimized design parameters and performances suited for specifications are fast acquired through the method.The optimized mixer is processed in 0.25μm CMOS technology.更多还原
