【摘要】 [目的]评价FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和不良反应。[方法]草酸铂(L-OHP)85 mg/m2静脉滴入,第1天;甲酰四氢叶酸(CF)200 mg/m2,静滴2 h,第1、2天;CF后5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)400 mg/m2快速静脉滴入,继以5-FU 600 mg/m2持续静脉滴入22 h,第1、2天,2周重复,4周为1个周期。[结果]全组CR 1例,PR 10例,SD 17例,PD 9例,总有效率29.7%,初治有效率38.1%,复治有效率18.8%。主要不良反应为消化道反应及外周神经毒性。[结论]FOLFOX4是安全、有效,毒性可耐受的治疗晚期大肠癌的化疗方案,对初治患者效果优于复治患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness and toxicity of oxaliplatin fluoriouracil and folinic acid combination chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma.[Methods] All cases received oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2as a 2-hour infusion on day 1 and 2-hour infusion of LV 200 mg/m2 followed by a 5-FU bolus 400 mg/m2 and 22-hour infusion 600 mg/m2 for 2 consecutive days every 2 weeks.The regiment was repeated every 28 days.[Results] There were 1 CR,10 PR,17 SD and 9 PD in the group.The overall response rate was 29.7%.The major toxic reactions were nausea,vomiting and peripheral neurotoxicity.[Conclusions] FOLFOX4 combination chemotherapy is positively effective and safe in colorectal carcinoma.The toxicity is mild to moderate and reversible.更多还原
