煤燃烧温度对金属元素迁移的影响

【摘要】 通过控制煤不同燃烧温度,分析不同燃烧温度下底灰中Al、Fe、Ca、K、Mg、Ba、Sr、Pb、Cr、Cu、Cd、Mn 12种金属元素的含量,理论上求得每克原煤的烟气排放量。分析结果表明:Al、Ba、Cr、K在600~800℃温度范围内挥发较快;Fe、Sr、Mn、Ca在温度达到700℃后,保持持续的挥发性;Pb、Cd、Mg在300~1300℃温度内,挥发性随温度的变化不明显;除Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr外,大部分金属元素在800℃以后烟气排放量明显增加。

【Abstract】 At the different combustion temperatures of boiler,the bottom ashes were collected and Al、Fe、Ca、K、Mg、Ba、Sr、Pb、Cr、Cu、Cd and Mn in the bottom ashes were analyzed,and the emission quantities of these elements in the flue gas of one graw coal were determ- ined theoretically.The analysis results indicated that,Al、Sa、Cr and K volatilized faster in 600~800℃temperature range;Fe、Sr、Mn and Ca kept the continuous volatility after the temperature reached 700℃;the volatility of Pb、Cd and Mg varied insignificantly with tem- perature in 300~1300℃temperature range;except for Pb、Cd、Cu and Cr,the emission quantities of other metal elements inthe flue gas increased remarkably after 800℃.
