一种适用于低压大电流的双向DC/DC变换器

【摘要】 在电动车应用中,电池的性能和寿命是关键问题,需要一个双向DC/DC变换器对单体大容量蓄电池或并联电池组进行升压和充放电管理。介绍了一种适用于低压大电流的双向DC/DC变换器。它采用磁耦合技术构成电感,减小了磁元件的个数和电感的磁损,同时有很好的稳态和瞬态响应。为了提高变换器的变换比率,采用了半桥结构实现了倍压功能。实验证明,该变换器适用于低压大电流场合。

【Abstract】 In the application of electric vehicles,the performance and lifetime of batteries are the key points.A bidirec-tional DC-DC converter is always needed to step up the low voltage of the unit cell with large capacity or battery set con-nected in parallel and to achieve the charging and discharging management.The paper introduces a bidirectional DC-DC converter to be used in low voltage high current applications.The proposed topology uses integrated magnetic to reduce the number of magnetic components,which not only reduces the size of the converter and improves the efficiency.It also has good steady-state and dynamic performances.Meanwhile,half-bridge structure is used,which doubles the voltage,to in-crease the voltage ratio of the converter.The experimental results show that the converter is suitable for low voltage high current applications.
