数字控制有源功率因数校正器的设计
Design of Digital Control Active Power Factor Correction Rectifier
【摘要】 直流电源系统是变电站的重要组成设备,它可为负载提供不间断电源,因此要求应用于直流电源的高频开关电源模块必须具备功率因数校正功能。利用Freescale新型号MC56F8025的高性能特性,完成了基于DSP的具有软开关特性的数字控制有源功率因数校正(Active Power Factor Correction,简称APFC)电路的设计,描述了系统设计过程。最后通过2.2kW的实验样机验证了数字控制的优良特性。
【Abstract】 The DC power supply is an important device in substations,it can supply uninterrupted power for load,the high frequency switch mode power module must have function of power factor correction.Based on new DSP chip MC56F8025,a digital active power factor correction rectifier with soft switch characteristic was designed,the process of system design was described.At last a 2.2 kW prototype was built to verify the favorable performance resulted from digital control.
