【摘要】 高校后勤管理体制和运行机制在后勤社会化改革的进程中,架构设计和运行效果不尽相同。各高校都根据各自实际,有的设甲、乙方,有的只有乙方,有的只有甲方,有的则是甲乙方一套班子、两块牌子。本文认为,高校在确保事业型后勤的前提下,拓展市场化服务是必然选择,本着高效运行、节约资源、科学发展后勤事业的原则,把后勤管理,后勤保障,医疗、卫生、安全等大后勤功能集合为一体的大部制架构来进行组织机构设置,并使之成为一个整体有机运行。更多还原
