焊缝跟踪系统的轨迹再现

【摘要】 使用等速送丝系统配合恒压或缓降外特性的焊接电源进行焊接时,由于电弧的自调节作用,弧长的变化可以引起电弧参数的变化,而电弧参数和焊缝的位置成几何关系。针对离散积分求差值的焊缝跟踪方法在多层多道焊时难于获取电弧对中信号的问题,对第一层采集的轨迹信号利用最小二乘法实现了焊缝轨迹的优化再现。使用Delphi软件编程实现了直线焊缝的拟合计算和显示,并分析了拟合直线和实际焊缝之间的误差,误差产生的原因以及修正方法。

【Abstract】 With symmetrical sending out welding rod and even voltage’s electrical source,the change of arc welding will result in the change of current.Arc welding is relevant to the position of welding line.The theory of arc sensor is a method that calculating the different of discrete integral for arc current is adapted to judge the direction of deviation and offset of welding line It is difficult to obtain the middle of the weld seam,when we use a method of calculating the difference of discrete integral for arc current,especially multi-path and multi-layer welding.We disposal the information with least-square and find the linear seam though Delphi,with good results.We analysis error between the line and the seam and propose amendment.
