双频BUCK变换器的性能分析及设计
Performance Analysis and Design of Double Frequency BUCK Converter
【摘要】 阐述了峰值电流控制双频BUCK变换器的工作原理,并对其性能进行了详细分析。特别通过对变换器功率传输路径的分析,提出了低频电感的选取原则。分析了变换器低频电感电流的次谐波振荡问题,并提出了抑制措施,实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the theory of peak current controlled double frequency BUCK converter is described firstly. Based on this, the performance of this converter was analyzed in detail. The rule of how to establish the value of the low frequency inductor is proposed by analyzing the power transmission road of the converter. Especially, the sub-harmonic oscillation of the low frequency inductor current is analyzed and the method to solve this problem is proposed. Finally, the experimental results are given to prove the correction of the theory analysis.
