【Abstract】 A zinc series thick-film phosphating solution which is used for phosphating at medium temperature was prepared. The effects of additive, phosphating temperature, and time on the corrosion resistance and film weight were determined. The results showed that the film formed in the developed phosphating solution is uniform and compact with good corrosion resistance. The film can be used for lubrication and barrier layer to avoid pull scars or conglutination of workpiece. The process is suitable for phosphating production involving a large number of steel workpiece.更多还原
