厚膜锌系磷化液的研制

【摘要】 制备了一种中温厚膜锌系磷化液,讨论了磷化温度、磷化时间、添加剂对膜层耐蚀性、膜重的影响。结果表明,该工艺所形成的膜层均匀致密,耐蚀性好。厚膜可当作润滑隔离层,避免工件拉伤、粘连,适用于大批量钢铁工件的磷化生产。

【Abstract】 A zinc series thick-film phosphating solution which is used for phosphating at medium temperature was prepared. The effects of additive, phosphating temperature, and time on the corrosion resistance and film weight were determined. The results showed that the film formed in the developed phosphating solution is uniform and compact with good corrosion resistance. The film can be used for lubrication and barrier layer to avoid pull scars or conglutination of workpiece. The process is suitable for phosphating production involving a large number of steel workpiece.
