基于VxWorks实时嵌入式操作系统平台的计量自动化远方监控终端的设计

【摘要】 随着各电网公司对需求侧管理工作的日益重视,计量自动化系统的建设迫在眉睫,承担着准确采集并分析现场数据的远方终端的设计就尤为重要。本文分析了VxWorks实时嵌入式操作系统及其集成环境Tornado的优点,选用支持VxWorks实时嵌入式操作系统且功能强大的MotoloraMPC852T芯片作为终端的主CPU处理器,在对计量自动化系统远方终端的功能需求进行了详细剖析的基础上,研究和设计了一套科学而先进的计量自动化远方监控终端的硬软件设计方案。该方案终端功能强大、现场运行效果良好。

【Abstract】 With increasingly more emphasis attached to demand side management(DSM),it is exigent for power companies to construct computation automation system.It is more important to design remote terminals which carry out data of field acquisition and analysis precisely.The advantages of VxWorks real-time embedded operating system and the integrated develop environment of Tornado were introduced in this paper.Taking into account of the function demands of RTU in computation automation system,MotoloraMPC852T chip was selected as main CPU of the terminal unit,which supported the VxWorks real-time embedded operating system.The design scheme of hardware and software in remote supervisory terminal unit for metrology automation had been proposed and implemented.The terminal we designed has powerful functions and in practical application it operates well and effectively.
