不同盐碱化草甸羊草越冬根茎中可溶性糖和蛋白研究

【摘要】 对松嫩平原不同盐碱化草甸的羊草越冬根茎中果糖、蔗糖、可溶性总糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量进行了测定,分析了越冬根茎中有机物质与土壤pH值、电导率及7月中旬时羊草生物量的关系.结果表明:羊草越冬根茎中的果糖、蔗糖及可溶性总糖含量与土壤中盐碱度有着密切的联系.随着pH值和盐度的逐渐升高,蔗糖和可溶性总糖含量呈下降趋势;果糖和可溶性蛋白质含量呈先下降后升高的趋势.羊草越冬根茎中蔗糖和可溶性总糖含量与7月中旬时羊草的密度和高度有显著的正相关性.

【Abstract】 The Leymus chinensis grassland saline-alkalization is seriously in Songnen Plain.In this paper,tested the fructose,sucrose,the total content soluble carbohydrate and soluble protein of Leymus chinensis wintering rhizome in different degenerate evolution stage.Analyzed the relationship of the organic compound and pH & conductivity of the soil,the biomass in mid-June.The result showed that the total contents of fructose,sucrose and soluble carbohydrate have close relationship with the saline-alkaline level.When pH and saline-alkaline rose,the sucrose and soluble carbohydrate content dropped,fructose and soluble protein rose first and dropped later.Both sucrose and soluble carbohydrate in Leymus chinensis winter rhizome were positively related to the height and density of plants in mid-June.
