【Abstract】 In the case of how to protect industrial security during the course of the utilization of foreign capital,the governments of US,Japan,Korea and Mexico have some good experience.In order to maintain industrial security,although the four countries emphasize the role of market mechanisms in the resource allocation,the government control of FDI is ubiquitous.In order to exert protection of domestic industries in a legal manner,these governments make every effort to limit the promulgation of laws and regulations on foreign capital.These governments also promulgate laws and regulations to restrict the foreign capital to protect their own industries.更多还原
