基于图像处理的非织造纤维直径的检测
Measurement of the Diameter of Non-Woven Fiber Based on Image Processing
【摘要】 采用CCD摄像头连续采集非织造纤维网中单根纤维的透射光投影图,再采用中值滤波去除噪声.利用C anny边缘检测算法提取纤维的两侧边缘线,曲线拟合得到纤维的倾角.根据纤维倾角与纤维水平或竖直宽度的关系得到纤维的直径.并对纤维直径的分布情况进行了初步分析.
【Abstract】 A series of images of single nonwoven fiber were captured with a CCD camera by using transmitted light,and then the medium filter was adopted to remove noise.The profile lines of the fiber were extracted by the Canny edge detection algorithm,then the obliquity of the fiber was gotten by curve fit.The diameter of the fiber was obtained according to the relationship of the obliquity and the horizontal or vertical length of the fiber.The diameter distribution of nonwoven fibers was analyzed preliminarily.
