PbS纳米棒的制备以及生长机理
Synthesis and the Growth Mechanism of PbS Nanorod
【摘要】 首次在中高温(>150℃)的有机体系中,结合表面活性剂成功制备出规整的PbS纳米棒,在短时间(约25 s)快速冷却的条件下研究了初始晶核的微观形貌,这对理解PbS纳米棒的生长具有重要意义,根据初始晶核偶极子的分析计算,认为:在晶核<100>方向上的偶极子作用是PbS纳米棒形成的主要推动力;确认了晶粒的粗化过程属于"定向附着"而不是Ostalwald熟化过程。
【Abstract】 The uniform PbS nanorods were synthesized by surfactant modification in organic solvent at relative high temperature (>150 ℃). A ultra-short reaction time (-25 s) and rapid cooling were employed to investigate the nuclei prior to any further growth, the nuclei posses 8 {111} facets and 6 {100} facets, which is helpful to understand its shape evolvement. The dipole in the direction of <100> was speculated as the main driving force in the assembly process. The nanocrystal ripening process is "Oriented Attachment" rather than "Ostalwald ripening".
