全无油压缩机密封件中弹力环设置必要性的探究

【摘要】 在分析活塞环密封原理的基础上,针对全无油压缩机密封件材料为非金属的特点,对不设弹力环和设置弹力环两种情况进行了分析和研究。试验和应用结果表明:为保证全无油压缩机活塞环的密封效果,以达到所需的排气量和排气压力,必须设置弹力环。

【Abstract】 The research and analysis under elastic rings and without elastic rings were made on the basis of analyzing the principle of piston ring packing and in accordance with the fact that the material of seal elements of an oilfree compressor was non-metal. The results of experiments and application showed that the elastic rings must be used in the oilfree compressor to reach its discharge capacity and exhaust pressure so as to ensure the seal effect of the oil free compressor piston ring.
