合金化热镀锌镀层组织Γ相的结构分析
Structure analysis of Γ phase in galvannealed coating
【摘要】 为了研究合金化热镀锌镀层组织Γ相的结构,采用聚焦离子束(FIB)方法制备了合金化热镀锌无间隙原子(IF)钢板镀层横截面透射电镜(TEM)试样,应用TEM对其显微结构进行了观察和选区电子衍射分析,应用X射线能谱仪(EDX)测定了Γ相的化学成分,并介绍了FIB方法制备TEM试样的过程.结果表明,Γ相选区衍射花样中存在明显的超点阵衍射.证明Γ相是一种有序金属间化合物;计算机模拟电子衍射花样的结果给出了Γ相的原子占位.
【Abstract】 To analyze the structure of Γ phase in galvannealed coating,cross-sectional TEM specimen was repared using focused ion beam(FIB) technique.The microstructure and selected area electron diffraction of Γ phase in galvannealed coating were observed and studied by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The chemical composition of Γ phase was measured by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDX).The results show that superlattice reflections exist in the selected area diffraction patterns of Γ phase,which indicates that Γ phase is a kind of ordered intermetallic compounds.Electron diffraction patterns simulated by computer suggest the atomic coordinates of Γ phase in a commercial galvannealed IF steel sheets.
