对磨材料硬度对K360耐磨钢堆焊层摩擦行为的影响
Effect of Hardness of Contact Friction Materials on Friction Behavior of K360 Wear Resistant Steel Surfacing Layer
【摘要】 利用药芯焊丝对已磨损的K360耐磨钢进行CO2气体保护堆焊修复,并采用不同硬度的23MnNiMoCr54高强钢与堆焊层配副进行对磨试验。结果表明,当对磨材料硬度大于堆焊层硬度大约HRC3时,两种材料配对形成的摩擦副摩擦系数较小,磨损量较小,磨损面较平整。堆焊层的主要磨损机理为较轻的显微切削,并拌有轻微的点蚀和材料脆断现象。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the wear resistant steel K360 is restored by using flux-cored wire surfacing welding with CO2 as shielding gas,and using 23MnNiMoCr54 high strength steel with different hardnesses and surfacing layer matching pair,the comparative testing research is made.The results show that two materials formed friction pair has a smaller friction coefficient and less wear loss,its abrasion surface being more leveling,when the hardness of wear-resistant materials is higher than hardness of surfacing layer of HRC3.The main wear mechanism of surfacing layer is slighter microcutting.Meanwhile,the wear mechanism contains the phenomenon of slight pitting and material brittle fracture.
