渗流温度对W_f/Zr-BMG复合材料显微组织和性能的影响
Influence of Infiltration Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Property of W_f/Zr Based Bulk Metallic Glass Matrix Composites
【摘要】 研究了渗流温度对W_f/Zr-BMG复合材料的显微组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明,随渗流温度升高,一方面复合材料中钨丝的显微组织发生显著变化,由最初的连续纤维状转变为无序状;另一方面,复合材料中钨丝与基体的界面处产生10μm的扩散反应层。另外,随温度升高,复合材料的压缩强度降低。
【Abstract】 The influence of the infiltration temperature on the microstructure and mechanical property of W_f/ Zr based bulk metallic glass matrix composites is investigated.The results show that the microstructure of tungsten fibers in composites obviously changes from the continuous fiber state to the disorder state with the increase of temperature, and the diffusion interaction layer with 10μm is produced at the interface between tungsten fiber and matrix inside the composites.Moreover,the compressive strength of the composites decreases with the infiltration temperature increasing.
