镉对大弹涂鱼肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同质量浓度镉对大弹涂鱼肝脏超氧化物歧化酶SOD活性的影响。试验结果表明,当曝露于质量浓度为0.05、0.5 mg/L镉中3 d时,大弹涂鱼肝脏SOD活性被显著诱导,当曝露于质量浓度为5.0 mg/L镉中1 d时即被显著诱导;随着曝露时间的延长,各含量组肝脏SOD的活性均不同程度下降,但中低质量浓度条件下仍表现为诱导,而高质量浓度组SOD活性10 d后即明显下降,呈现中毒抑制现象。

【Abstract】 The effects of different cadmium concentrations on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in bluespotted mudhopper Boleophthalmus pectinirostris liver were studied under experimental condition.The results showed that in treatments 0.05 and 0.5 mg ·L-1 Cd2+,the activities of SOD were induced significantly on the 3r d day,while in treatment 5 mg· L-1 Cd2+,they were induced significantly on the 1st day.With the prolonged exposure,SOD activities at different concentrations decreased to some extent,while in 0.05 and 0.5 mg·L-1 Cd2+ groups they were still induced while in the 5 mg·L-1 Cd2+ group they significantly decreased on the 10th day,which had already shown inhibition of poisoning.
