【摘要】 目的:比较不同提取方法及纯化工艺对金莲花总黄酮的提取及纯化效果。方法:采用溶剂法提取,以出膏率、总黄酮含量为指标,以荭草苷为对照品用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。对3个金莲花总黄酮提取方法及9个纯化工艺进行比较。结果:水煎煮法出膏率最高,平均值为35.31%,乙醇回流法总黄酮含量最高,平均值为18.40%;9个纯化工艺中,工艺④总黄酮含量最高,平均值为61.70%,相对标准偏差为3.36%。结论:乙醇回流法为金莲花总黄酮最佳提取工艺,工艺④为最佳的纯化工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the extraction and purification effects of different extraction and purifi- cation techniques on total flavonoids in trollflower.Methods:The total flavonoids content in trollflower were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the solvent method was used to extract,the orientoside was taken as reference substance.3 extraction and 9 purification methods were compared.Results:The ratio of poultice of water decocting method was the highest and the average value was 35.31%.The total flavonoids content of ethanol refluxing method was the highest and the average value was 18.40%.Among 9 purification techniques, the total flavonoids content of technique 4 was the highest and the average value was 61.70%,RSD was 3.36%. Conclusions:The best extraction technique is the ethanol refluxing method and the technique 4 is the best purification technique.更多还原
