【摘要】 目的:研究冬虫夏草保健酒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和迟发型变态反应所致的耳部重量的改变。结果:冬虫夏草保健酒能增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,致敏后小鼠的左右耳重量差异显著高于对照组。结论:冬虫夏草保健酒能增强小鼠特异性细胞免疫功能和非特异性细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the Effect of Cordyceps sinensis conservancy wine on the immune function of mice.Methods: Ponderal difference was examined in the left and right ear of the mice caused by the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage and delayed allergy.Results: Cordyceps sinensis conservancy wine could improve the phagocytosis of macrophage,and the ponderal diference between mice,s left and right ear is greater than that in the control group.Conclusion: Cordyceps sinensis conservancy wine can enhance specific cellular immunity and the non-specific immunity.更多还原
