【摘要】 [目的]探讨胫骨Pilon骨折行手术治疗临床疗效。[方法]对Pilon骨折患者45例,其中35例在伤后8h内行急诊手术;其余10例予以石膏托外固定或跟骨牵引治疗7~14 d后,采用切开复位内固定术治疗。[结果]术后2例切口感染和局部皮肤坏死,其余均Ⅰ期愈合。X线片示术后9~36周骨折愈合,平均13周。其中:优18例,良15例,可8例,差4例,优良率为73.3%。[结论]术前认真评估软组织损伤情况,正确选择手术时机,灵活选择内固定方式,是取得良好手术效果的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of operation on shin Pilon fracture.[Method] For 45 cases of Pilon fracture,35 were made emergency operation in 8h;other 10 were treated with external gesso support and fixation or heel bone traction for 7~14d,then internal fixation of incision and reposition.[Result] 2 cases had cut infection and local skin putrescence,others were cured of phase I.X-ray showed fracture cure after 9~36w of operation,13w in average.Among which,18 were excellent,15 good,8 just so so,4 bad,the excellence rate 73.3%.[Conclusion] It is the key to get good operation efficacy to earnestly evaluate soft tissue injury,correctly choose operation opportunity,and select proper internal fixation.更多还原
