地下管道泥浆充填特性渗流槽模拟试验研究
Study on Seepage Canal Simulation of Slurry Filling Properties of Underground Pipes
【摘要】 以渗流槽模拟上海西干线废弃管道,以水泥为固化剂,研究不同掺量和含水量配比的泥浆在槽内的流动充填情况,测定了泥浆含水量、粘度、可泵性、流速和失水干缩率,分析各充填特性指标之间的相互影响关系,包括泥浆组分、外加剂掺量等对泥浆充填特性的影响,为确定适宜的充填地下废弃管道的泥浆配比方案提供依据。
【Abstract】 With the seepage canal simulating the West-line abandoned underground pipes,filled by the slurry with cements and water,the slurry filling properties are studied.The moisture content,viscosity,pumping property,flowing velocity and shrinking rate are determined to analyze the influencing factors.The interactive relations of these indexes are analyzed.Finally the proper slurry filling methods are suggested.
