【摘要】 设计2对引物,采用PCR-SSCP和PCR-RFLP技术检测前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2(PTGS2)基因在小尾寒羊、湖羊、多赛特羊、萨福克羊4个绵羊品种304个个体中的单核苷酸多态性。结果表明,PTGS2基因引物1扩增片段在4个绵羊品种中不存在PCR-SSCP多态性。引物2扩增片段存在PCR-RFLP多态性,在4个绵羊品种中都检测到2种基因型(AA、AB),都没有检测到BB基因型。A等位基因频率明显高于B等位基因频率。小尾寒羊与多赛特羊、萨福克羊、湖羊之间PTGS2基因型分布差异显著(P<0.05),其余品种之间PTGS2基因型分布差异都不显著(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The single nucleotide polymorphism of prostaglandinendoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2)gene was detected in four sheep breeds(Small Tail Han,Hu,Dorset and Suffolk) by PCR-SSCP and PCR-RFLP with two pairs of primers.The results indicated that there was no PCR-SSCP polymorphism in four sheep breeds detected by primer 1.There was PCR-RFLP polymorphism in four sheep breeds detected by primer 2.Two genotypes(AA and AB) were detected in four sheep breeds and BB genotype was not detected.Frequency of allele A was obviously higher than that of allele B.The PTGS2 genotype distributions were significantly different(P<0.05) among Small Tail Han sheep and Dorset,Suffolk,Hu sheep.更多还原
