重组蛋白包涵体的研究进展

【摘要】 在介绍包涵体形成原因、特性及利弊的基础上,重点阐述了包涵体的复性前准备、主要复性方法及提高复性效率的有效措施。

【Abstract】 The advantages and disadvantages,characteristics and reasons of inclusion body were introduced.Especially,the denaturalization of inclusion body,methods of refolding and effective measures to improve efficiency of refolding were reviewed.
