【摘要】 [目的]明确河南省豫北地区PCV2感染的流行情况,以便控制PCV2感染的流行。[方法]从河南省豫北地区安阳、鹤壁、新乡、濮阳4市的猪场采集不同日龄猪群血清样品338份,用间接ELISA方法进行猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)感染的血清抗体检测。[结果]结果表明:PCV2血清抗体阳性率:哺乳仔猪为16.0%(8/50);断奶仔猪为49.5%(53/117);生长肥育猪为51.4%(36/70);种公猪为18.1%(4/22);后备母猪为20.6%(7/34);经产母猪为54.5%(29/55);阳性率为70.4%(19/27),338份血清总阳性率为40.6%(137/338)。[结论]河南省豫北地区养猪业已受到猪圆环病毒2型的感染,应引起高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of the study is to determine the situation of PCV2 infection epidemics so as to control the prevalence of PCV2.A total number of 338 serum specimens were sampled from the various pig herds in Anyang,Hebi, Xinxiang and Puyang 7 prefectures of north Henan Province for detection the antibody against Porcine Circovirus type2(PCV2)by means of indirect ELISA.The results showed that the PCV2 antibody positive rate of suckled piglets,post-weaned piglets,hogs,service boar,replacement gilts,sows were 16.0%(8/50),49.5%(53/117),51.4%(36/70),18.1%(4/22),20.6%(7/34) and 54.5%(29/55),respectively;27 serum specimens of 2 to 3 month old pigs which show PMWS-like clinical symptoms were examined,the positive detectable rate was 70.4%(19/27) and the total positive detectable rate reach 40.6%(137/338).The pig industry in north Henan Province has influence by PCV2;great attention should be paid to this situation.更多还原
