共聚改性含铅有机玻璃板材的研制与性能研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF COPOLYMERIZED LEAD-CONTAINING PMMA
【摘要】 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯与甲基丙烯酸铅进行三元共聚的方法,制备了含铅聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(俗称有机玻璃)板材,并且讨论了各种组成对板材冲击强度、维卡软化点、表面硬度、透光率、耐溶剂性的影响。
【Abstract】 A kind of lead-containing polymethyl methacry (PMMA) was prepared by copolymerization of methyl methalrylate (MMA), butyl methacrylate(BMA) and lead methacrylate[Pb(MA)2]. The effects of components and contents on impact strength, softening point, surface hardness, transmissivity and solvent resistance of the material were systemactically studied.
