焙烧炉沥青烟气净化系统中喷淋冷却水系统可靠性分析
Analysis on Reliability of Cooling Water System in Asphalt Gas Decontaminating for Carbon Calciner
【摘要】 在碳素焙烧炉沥青烟气净化系统(电捕集法)中,冷却水系统运行可靠性在整个喷淋雾化子系统中的权重最大,以冷却水供水失常为顶事件,建立了故障树,并求取了最小径集和最小割集,以达到掌握故障的发生规律,调查故障发生原因,制定经济有效控制故障的方案的目的.
【Abstract】 In asphalt gas decontaminating(by adopting electro-catching) for Carbon Calciner,the weight of cooling water system is the maximum in the atomization pour system.The cooling system is made as the top event.The fault tree is set up and least cut set and least path set is got.That is significantly helpful to hold the fault happening rule,survey the happening cause,and establish economical and effective program.
