【摘要】 采用正交实验研究了工艺参数对压铸镁合金AM60B的流动性的影响,分析了影响的显著性,并选择了适宜的工艺参数对压铸镁合金AM60B的组织性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,工艺参数对压铸镁合金AM60B的流动性的影响由大到小依次为:压射比压、浇注温度、模具温度和压射速度。在适宜的工艺参数下,AM60B的力学性能可达到σb=252～299MPa、δ5=12%～18%、HBS=58～62和ak=13～19J/cm2。更多还原

【Abstract】 reducing An orthogonal experiment has been used to evaluate the influence of die casting parameters on fluidity of AM60B Mg alloy.The results showed that the influencing factors of fluidity of AM60B can be ranked in an order from the greatest to the smallest such as injection specific pressure, pouring temperature, die temperature and die filling speed. At a proper value of these factors, theme mechanical properties of AM60B alloy could reach σb=252～299MPa,δ5=12%～18%,HBS=58～62 and Ak=13～19J/cm2.更多还原
