大孔吸附树脂分离纯化猕猴桃中多酚的优选研究

【摘要】 选择7种大孔吸附树脂,比较对猕猴桃多酚的静态吸附及解吸效果,筛选出较好的吸附树脂.结果表明:DA201-C-Ⅱ型大孔吸附树脂,用160μg/mL浓度的吸附液,流速1.0 mL/min上柱吸附,后用浓度为40%的乙醇-水溶液进行解吸,正反方向皆有最佳效果,其静态吸附量为2.93 mg/g干树脂.

【Abstract】 Seven types of macroreticular resin were compared in the ability of adsorbing and desorbing polyphenols of kiwifruit,the suitable adsorbent was selected,the results showed: DA201-CⅡ macroreticular resin owned optimum absorption and elution capacity,the optimum parameters of adsorption were 160 μg/mL row materials and 1 mL/min flow rate,after absorption,macroreticular resin have optimum elution property with 40% ethanol,the adsoption capacity of this macroreticular resin was 2.93 mg/g.
