小麦胚芽中谷胱甘肽提取方法探讨及工艺条件优化
STUDY ON EXTRACTING METHOD OF GLUTATHIONE FROM DEFATTED WHEAT GERM AND OPTIMIZATION OF TECHNOLOGY CONDITION
【摘要】 以脱脂小麦胚芽粉为研究对象,用热水、甲酸和乙醇浸提溶剂提取谷胱甘肽,分析比较不同提取浸提溶剂的提取效果,通过单因素和正交试验,对其提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明:热水浸提是一种比较理想的从脱脂小麦胚芽粉中提取谷胱甘肽的方法,最佳的浸提条件为:浸提时间12 min,料液比1∶9,浸提反应温度95℃,搅拌速度200 r/min.
【Abstract】 The extraction method of glutathione from defatted wheat germ flour with different solvent,hot water,formic acid or ethanol was studied in this paper,and comparing with their extraction effect.The results showed that hot water was an ideal solvent for glutathione,extracting,and the extraction procdure was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments,the optimal extraction condition are extraction time 12 min;the ratio between mater and solvent 1∶9;the suitable extraction temperature 95 ℃ and stirring speed 120 r/min.
