【摘要】 近十年来,女性企业家在经济建设中的作用越来越重要。但同时,与男性企业家相比,女性企业家在融资方面遭遇到了更大的困难。主要是女性企业家经营的公司状况、女性企业家自身特征以及社会对女性的歧视等方面的原因造成的。文章建立了相关女企业家融资决策模型,并在此基础上提出了相应改善女企业家融资难现象的对策,包括主动参与各项培训以提高自身能力,注重建立与风险投资商良好、长久的个人关系,建立专门为女性企业家提供贷款的机构,银行在提供女性企业家借贷方面进行改革,政府在政策上加强引导,等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the past decade,women entrepreneurs have played increasingly significant roles in economic development.But,compared with the male counterparts,women entrepreneurs encountered greater financing difficulties.The main reasons included status of companies operated by women entrepreneurs,own characteristics of women entrepreneurs,social women entrepreneurs is established,and based on it,the corresponding solutions for ameliorating the financing difficulties phenomenon of women entrepreneurs are presented.Soluions include:women entrepreneurs should actively paarticipate in some related trainings to enhance their own abilities,they should pay attention to the establishment of favorable and long-lasting personal relationships with risk investors,loan institutions lpecitic for women entrepreneurs should be founded,banks should reform at loaning women entrepreneurs aspect,and government should direct financial institutions on the policy level.更多还原
