【摘要】 目的评价应用改良菱形皮瓣修复发际部位头皮缺损的效果。方法自2000年1月以来,我们应用改良菱形皮瓣修复发际部位头皮缺损15例。结果术后15例皮瓣均完全成活,切口Ⅰ期愈合,转移后的皮瓣毛发的毛流、毛向与周围毛发基本一致,效果满意。结论改良菱形皮瓣可应用于修复发际部位头皮缺损,适用于发际部位面积不大但又不能直接缝合的创面修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the result of using modified rhomboid flap for the repairing of hair border skin defect. Methods Since January 2000, Modified rhomboid flaps had been used to repair 15 cases of hair border skin defects. Results All these flaps survived with primary healing, the coherences of the hair stream and direction of the flap were obtained, and the cosmetic results were satisfactory. Conclusion the modified rhomboid flap can be used for repairing of skin defects in hair border, if the defect was not so severe but can not be sutured simply.更多还原
