【摘要】 目的对米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤药物治疗输卵管妊娠后的临床分析。方法收集我院2000年5月~2006年10月确诊为输卵管妊娠并符合保守条件的患者146例,应用米非司酮加甲氨喋呤(MTX)药物治疗并与对照组进行比较。结果对照组20例治愈,治愈率60.6%;观察组68例治愈,治愈率达85%,两组治愈率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论选择合适的早期患者采用米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤药物保守治疗,是安全、价廉、经济简便、可靠的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the medical treatment using mifepristone combined methotrexate in ectopic pregnancy.Method:146 cases of ectopic pregnancy by medical treatment were studied retrospectively.Group A:Study group:80 cases treated by mifepristone combined methotrexate;B:contrast group.Group B:66 cases treated by methotrexate only.Result:Study group had higher cure rate(68/80) than contrast group.(20/66),P<0.01.Conclusion:mifepristone combined methotrexate is a effective medical treatment for early stable ectopic pregnancy,and it is cheap,convinient and safe.更多还原
