【摘要】 目的:研究痤疮颗粒的作用机理。方法:用放射免疫法测定大鼠血清睾酮浓度,测算大鼠睾丸、附睾、精囊、前列腺系数,观察痤疮颗粒对性激素的影响;分别进行二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透增加实验,观察该药的抗炎作用。结果:痤疮颗粒能够降低丙酸睾酮(TP)引起的未成熟大鼠血清睾酮的升高,降低其附睾、精囊、前列腺的重量;降低醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性;减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀。结论:痤疮颗粒能够调节体内激素分泌,缓解二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,减轻醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To preliminary explore the mechanism action of acne granule.Methods: The levels of testosterone(T) of rats were detected by radioimmunoassay;Estimate the coefficient of testes,epididymis,funis,prostate gland,uterus,adrenal by the scale.Observe the experiments in auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice and capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice.Results: Acne granule could reduce the elevating serum testosterone level which rose by testosterone propionate(TP) in rats,induce the epididymis,funis,prostate gland weight.Ease auricle swelling induced by xylol in mice.Decrease abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice.Conclusion: The mechanism action of acne granule may be due to that it can regulate the levels of hormone in vivo,relieve of the symptoms in the early and moderate inflammatory process.更多还原
