【摘要】 目的:观察盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:糖尿病神经病变患者56例,随机分为两组。丁咯地尔组(n=28):盐酸丁咯地尔150 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,ivd,qd。常规治疗组(n=28):采用常规治疗。疗程15 d,然后评价疗效和神经传导速度。结果:丁咯地尔组总有效率为96.5%,常规治疗组总有效率为57.1%,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05),丁咯地尔组神经传导速度明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of buflomedil hydrochloride injection(Buf)in the treatment of the peripheral nerve disease induced by diabetes(DPN).Method:56 patients with DPN were devided into two groups randomly.28 patients with DPN were given Bur(150mg,ivd,qd)and another 28 patients were used routine therapy for 15 d.Result:The total efficiency rate was 96.5% in Bur group,while it was 57.1% in routine therapy group(P<0.01).The conduction speed of nerve in Buf group was great- ly improved in comparison with the routine therapy(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is reliable for Buf to treat DPN更多还原
