【摘要】 目的:探讨经穴输氧治疗大鼠颅脑损伤的作用机制。方法:SD大鼠50只被随机分为正常组、假损伤对照组、电针组(取百会、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交等穴电针治疗)、常规治疗组(给予仙台合剂4.17L/g)、经穴输氧组(将氧气按0.1L/min输入穴位)5组。后3组大鼠制备脑损伤模型。各组除给予常规治疗外进行对应治疗7天后活杀动物取双侧脑组织,检测脑组织超氧化物岐化酶、丙二醛含量变化,并进行脑组织病理观察。结果:各治疗组SOD含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05),经穴输氧组高于各治疗组(P均<0.05);经穴输氧组MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而低于各治疗组(P均<0.05)。治疗前创伤各组双侧半球不对称,伤侧半球明显肿胀,挫伤中心区有出血、神经细胞坏死,挫伤周边神经组织水肿、细胞肿胀、毛细血管塌陷、有血管外出血;治疗后各组均为正常脑表现。结论:经穴输氧对治疗脑损伤后遗症有效,可以改善脑部血供,纠正组织缺血缺氧,使机体具有对抗自由基损害的而起神经保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discussing the functional system of curing the brain injury of mice by inputting oxygen through the acupoints in the body.Methods:Select 50 white mice which are divided into five groups—the normal ones,the supposed injured ones,the ones taken needle of electricity(at Baihui,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Sanyinjiao,etc.),the ones with regular treatment,and inputting oxygen through the acupoints(0.1 liter per minute).For the latter three groups we make the model injuries.Of all the groups,besides some normal treatments,after they are killed alive by 7d,take out their two half sides of brain,examine and test the changes of SOD and MDA in the nerve cells,and observe their brain organisms physically.Results:Each treatment set SOD is low in the normal matched control(P<0.05),was lose by cave the oxygen set is high in each treatment set(P<0.05),was lose by cave the oxygen set the MDA is high in the normal matched control(P<0.05),but low in each treatment set(P<0.05).Before treatment:the injured two hemispheres are not symmetric,the injured side is obviously swollen,the bruise center has damaged brain organisms and all the sides are dyed blue.There is blood at the cruise center,dead nerve cells,the dropsy of surrounding nerve organisms,swollen nerve cells,the space between the blood vessels,and gel cells swollen.After treatment:normal function of the brain.With HE dyeing we can see the well-distributed dyeing,and the cells have clear boundary lines and the cell cytosol and nucleus have also been dyed well-distributedly.Conclusion:Was lose by cave the oxygen hurt linger effect to the treatment brain valid,can improve the brain blood to provide,rectify organization to lack the blood anoxia,make the machine body have the free radicats damage of resist of but have the nerve protection function.更多还原
