【摘要】 通过对有关黄疸病文献及古代医案的分析,探讨了脾与黄疸病的关系,指出了黄疸病的病位主要在太阴脾土,病因病机为脾虚湿困、湿热熏蒸所致,治疗的根本应从脾入手,以脾为本。脾强土旺则为肝正常的疏泄功能提供了丰厚的物质基础,使黄疸的形成成为无源之水;而脾运化功能正常则水湿无由内停,不会酿成湿热交结之痼疾,故健脾利湿应为治疗黄疸的根本之法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analysis relatate documents and medical records about jaundice,discuss the relation betetween the jaundice and the spleen,and point out that the disease position of jaundice mainly on taiyin-spleen,the etiological factors and pathogenesis for spleen deficiency and damp-heat fumigation,the fundamental way to therpy is basic in spleen.The strengthen of spleen and stomach will provide rich and generous material basis for the normal function of liver￠s disperse,and make the reason that form the jaundice like the water without a sourse.If the foundation of carriage of spleen is normal,damp-heat can not stop in the body;also can not form the chronic illness which damp-heat blend within body.So strengthening the foundation of spleen and dispersion of fluid of spleen are the basic methods to cure jaundice.更多还原
