【摘要】 目的:观察葛根素注射液联用维生素C对2型糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法:将确诊为2型糖尿病肾病的100例患者随机分为治疗组52例,给予葛根素注射液500mg/天,加用口服维生素C 0.3g,3次/天;对照组48例,单用葛根素,两组葛根素均静脉滴注,均以2周为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后的UAER、BUN、SCr等指标的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后上述各项指标与治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:葛根素注射液有较好的改善肾功能及降低尿蛋白排泄率的作用。葛根素注射液加用维生素C治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效比单用葛根素好,两者有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe vitamin C combined with injection puerarin on therapeutic effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods: 100 patients with type2 diabetic nephropathy randomized into the treatment group（41cases）and the control group（37cases） the control group were treated withinjection puerarin500mg·d^-1 iv,gtt,qd,and the treatment group received the same medicine combined withvitamin C 0.3g,po,tid,both groups were treated for 2 weeks,the parameters of blood plasma such as blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,urinary albumin excretion rate were tested before and after the treatment. Results:In the treatment group,theaverage value of the tested parameters were decreased significantly after the treatment than before the treatment（P<0 05 or P<0 01）,theaverage value of the tested parameters werealso lowered significantlyin the treatment group than in thecontrol group（P<0 05 or P<0 01）.Conclusion :Injection puerarin can lowerthe blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,improve renal function,and decrease urine proteinthe combinationof injection puerarin withvitamin C has better effect thaninjection puerarin alone in treatment of type2 diabetic nephropathy更多还原
